Cameras Not Recording At Two Locations

2 different systems at 2 different locations. All cameras acknowledge movement but do not record. Only see still shots for the 30 second recording time set.

Power cycle the base stations

I removed base station and hard reset the unit. I re-installed base station and cameras. Cameras still detect movement but only show a still picture.

What platform are you trying to watch the recorded videos on? iOS? Android? Web browser? Have you tried any other devices? Have you tried downloading the video and seeing if it plays?

I’ve tried viewing with my IPhone, my wife’s Google Phone,, my Samsung Tablet and an IPad. I have downloaded 2 different recordings and all show only still shots with the timer bar at the bottom of the shot counting up to the 30 seconds I have the recordings set at

Very strange. I guess the next step is to scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Contact Support". They'll be able to check the logs and see what's happening on their end
