Cameras (5) will not connect to base station

I purchased the four camera wireless camera / base station package. I was able to easily connect all four cameras and everything worked fine. Purchased and tried adding a fifth camera and could not get it to connect. Involved customer support and they concluded bad camera and sent a replacement. Could not get replace,ent to connect. Tried resetting base station and re-syncing all cameras to find none will connect. Removed, reset and started again from scratch w no luck. Removed from app. Reset station.  I’m out of ideas!

Any ideas what could be going on?

Try and move the base as far away from your router as the cable allows...

Make sure it's a QUICK press on the base sync button, then the camera

( if it doesn't sync, pull battery / replace, wait a few mins and try again.)

 

Last was reading threads and noticed someone had a issue syncing... he stated he pull the ethernet cable out of the router and then was able to sync ( no reason to it IMO, but it's easy to try )
