Ever since the ARLO update, one of my four cameras (the patio)
will not sync with the router...even after I replaced the batteries
Pressing the button on the top of the camera starts both blue lights flashing slowly, followed by amber lights flashing rapidly(normally, blue rapid flash lights appear). The message "your device is not connected, Make sure its connected to your router and has a working internet connection" appears.
The other three cameras are working fine. But these cameras are 20 miles away...really need troubleshooting that will work!
Can someone check the patio camera on my account...in case this is an update issue and not a battery/router issue?

The basic answer is to remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and resync. Apparently the issue is the camera not completing the firmware update so physical intervention is needed.
