Camera will not come back online after update

My camera will not come back online after update. Please help. I’ve turned on / off. Ensured connections are correct. Batteries are good.

If it's been a while, pull the battery and with supplied ac adapter/ cable try and power the camera ( see if the led flashes once blue when plugged in ), attempt to resync
