Camera will not accept firmware

The camera will not accept the firmware. It will also not sync. I have followed many solutions but they do not work. I have had it more than 90 days so I can not call tech support. How would I get a replacement?

As far as I know, Arlo is not enforcing the 90 day rule, especially if the camera is still in warranty. Be sure you are contacting the REAL Arlo Customer Support, not the spam ones you will find by Googling Arlo Customer Support. Go to the page at the following link, select your country near the bottom of the page and it will provide the correct phone number to call.
