Camera will not Sync after battery install

So, I moved to new house and hadnt hooked up cameras yet, sat in box for few weeks. Finally got around to hanging Cameras today and had one camera with flashing amber light, so i figured it needed batteries. No biggie.
Hooked up base station to power and internet, hung other camera up outside, connected just fine other camera wouldnt come online, the one needed batteries. Went and got batteries, came home tried to sync, WILL NOT Sync. So tried removing device from App, removing batteries, reinstalling batteries, tried sync, Nothing. Unplugged base to reset it, allowed station to come back online both green lights on. Put batteries in camera, pressed sync button on station, button on camera, still will NOT Sync.. also other camera that was working isnt connected anymore either. am i doing wrong?

When you insert the battery in to the camera does the LED blink blue? Also you are syncing the cameras a few inches from the base station right?
