so i spend 1 hour on the phone troubling the camera and when the call ended. tech said he will send me another camera. No camera yet. Got an email saying my case was close because i didn't respond. repond to what.

Open another case referencing the previous case. This to e be proactive in asking what's up. Reply to the case every few days if needed.

Most of these cases will require you to send in your faulty camera (at your own cost) BEFORE they will send you the replacement camera. Have you sent your old one back already?
