For the last two week My Camera has a pink tint to it. I have moved the camera, pulled the batteries and resynched it several times and it still is pink. Any suggestions? I can’t take it anymore.

There's already a zillion threads with the solution posted in them - a little searching/reading is always usful.

I can’t seem to get the hyperlink working that you left for the support option and I was really hoping there was a better solution than deal with the abysmal support or send the camera back. I did search which is why I tried the reset and the batter pull first. This is why I never expanded my Arlo system and found a much better use for my money.

I didn't leave a link. I told you were to find it - I expected a little effort on your part.

Sorry. I thought when you said open a case “here” you were including a hyperlink like the real moderators do. I guess you meant open a case here on the forum. Or here in the community pages. Or here in netgear site. Or here with Arlo tech support. I’ll figure it out. Unless someone actually shares something that will help. The effort of troubleshooting my camera and reading that I basically have one option before another netgear product bricks itself doesn’t really add anything to what I know.

Tocker30,

Reboot the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door. Allow the camera to sync back up to the base station and try again. If you still experience the same behavior, please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
