Camera timing out when attempting live view

I have just started getting push notificationas and sometimes a video and sometimes not. Also I am having issues with turning on a camera to see what is going on at that time - it says it has timed out.

Is there anything I can do on my end?

Rozalie,

The issues you describe could be due to poor signal between the base station and the camera. How far away is the camera from the base station and what is the cameras WiFi signal strength? Consider (temporarily) relocating the camera to see if you get the same results in a different location.
