Camera syncs but does not show up in app anywhere.

Brand new user.
Base station wired into my router, i phone connected to same wi-fi network.

Have synced camera to station 20 x

Have re booted and factory set base station.

Have re booted wifi router.

Have deleted app and re installed.

Camera syncs but does not show up in app anywhere.

Pissed off now

When attempting to sync what is the LED behavior on the base station and the camera? What is indicating that the camera is syncing successfully?

This is my second set of 4 Arlo Pro cameras. I had to return the first set due to a bad camera. I deleted all the original camera's out. I was able to sink the new camera's with the new base (whole new set). I cannot find the camera's anywhere on the PC or in my App. Ready to give up and take this set back and am done with it. I even shut down my phone, uninstalled the app. Any help before I need to do this?

Are you saying you don't see the cameras in the Devices tab or in Settings, My Devices?

Yes that is correct.

If a power cycle of th ebase doesn't fix things, try a reset. Remove any devices from Settings, My Devices and then press the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button onthe Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Any luck?
