Camera stopped working and will not sync to app anymore

My camera stopped working, and now it will not sync to the app

Many more details. What have you tried? What do you see? Are the batteries good? If you open and close the battery door does the blue LED on the camera flash?

There is no picture, we have replaced batteries, and resynced it with the base, and tried to sync with the phone app and it flashes blue then orange, tried this several times.then I removed it and I resynced it with base and then back to app

You're confusing me. You don't sync it to the phone but you do say that you've synced it to the base which is the proper procedure. All you need to do is to briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then press the camera sync button.

 

The phone is just the interface to the system. It does not connect to the base or cameras directly in any way.
