Camera stopped syncing

Camera worked fine for about 2 weeks then stopped syncing.  Brought it into the base station to try re-syncing it but it won't.  The camera's LED doesn't blink when I press the sync button on top.  It only showed a blue blink when I removed and replaced the bateries once.  But now I do not get any yellow flashing sync lights at all, nothing.  The other 3 cameras I have are working fine.  Is this a harware rest button on the camera?

No.  Try power cycling the base and remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and sync again.  If no-go, return the system and swap for another at the store or create a trouble ticket for an RMA.
