Hi,
In January 2018 I had a problem with one of my cameras showing pink rather than color screen. It was replaced after I sent in a photo of the screen. Now I have the same problem again. I have tried opening the cameras battery door and closing it, and I also tried reconnect the camera to the base unit.
Can you please give me instructions on how to fix this problem?
I have to say that I have been disappointed in these cameras. I originally purchased these cameras in 2015, and in the last four year I’ve had two camera malfunction

It's the IR filter that's stuck. A replacement camera is the ultimate solution. If buying new cameras, the Pro series doesn't have the problem.

I have the camera that attaches by a magnet on the back. How does the Arlo Pro 2 attach? Looking at photos of it, there seems to be a door that opens on the back, which, I would think, will prevent that type of install?

The Pro-2 uses the same magnetic mount as the WireFree camera.
