Camera screen is red

Hello, ive problems with my arlo camera. the picture is totally red.
the serial number from the camera is: 48B45979D2D46

This has happened before... check the FAQs. The IR filter is stuck.

Usu, pull the batteries and replace to reset , test.

If it occurs again, and less than a yr old , contact Arlo support for warranty.

There are other possible fixes in the FAQs.
