Camera recording, but offline for live feed?

I am having wifi issues and have to reboot my wifi router sometimes. Last night when I did, the camera wouldn't give me live feed. It says camera is offline, but it is set to record all motion and it is still working for that? How do I fix this issue? Thanks.

reset camera by opening and closing battery door near the base

Also, is this using the app or the browser?  Have you tried the other?
