Set up 3 camera system yesterday. Two cameras are fine. Third camera shows "linked to base" in app AND "offline" at the same time. Have removed batteries. Have re-synched. Each time it says it is updating the firmware and then goes offline. Is it a bad camera? Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!

Consider a fresh set of batteries. Low battery life can prevent the update from completing. Also be sure the affected camera has good WiFi signal strength. Try bringing it close to the base station (within a few feet) to allow the update to complete.

I've replaced batteries twice, hard reset the base, re-synched the camera several times, deleted and reintroduced the camera repeatedly AND have the camera sitting on the counter next to the base.
At this point, I believe I have paid the three camera price for a two camera system.
Not happy.
Any more ideas on how I can have a three camera system?
(Also, within a week of purchase, it is absurd that the batteries that come included should need changing.)
Thanks for your help. I hope there is more you can do.

Eastfernstreet,
It seems there could potentially be an issue with the camera. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
