Camera not working

I have an Arlo PRO XL Spotlight with a SmartHub. One of the cameras is not functioning, and customer service was unhelpful. They essentially advised I purchase a new camera. The battery is fine, but the camera won't sync. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

    Have you tried the hardware reset procedure for the camera?  Open the housing, and hold down the "sync" button inside until the camera LED flashed amber (~15 sec).
