Camera not working under the smart plan

Since I purchased the smart plan for my cameras they don’t record unless you go right up to them and wave your arms.  When it was free they recorded everything.  I am thinking of removing one camera and going back to free

First try going into the smart notifications section and move one of the cameras to inactive there (it will still be in the subscription, but all notifications will be "motion").  Let us know if that makes any difference.
