Camera not sync to base

My arlo camera will not sync to base. The camera light is amber. The light stayed green before I spoke to a tech from the  Philippines.  He said I had to pay $180 for the monitoring  system then the cameras will sink. workp

Arlo support contact is in the mobile app, settings/support/device.

Does the base show up in your account (Settings, My Devices)? The solid amber Camera LED may mean that the base has somehow been removed from your account. If this is the case, you need to claim the base again as if you just bought it and then sync the cameras.
