My cameras have these s/n's

 

Are these obsolete?

We're just users here so we don't have access to serial numbers. You can look in the camera settings for Support at the bottom and see the product ID in that page. WHen you have that info, we can help.

 

Also, none of the Arlo cameras are obsolete. The oldest cameras (Pro 2 and older) are EOL (end of life) which just means no support or fixes. They will continue to work until something changes in the ever-changing software that causes them to no longer be functional.

as mentioned.... they may be on EOL list, but all my models still function.

Even the oldest Arlo HD that takes 4 123 cells...
