The image is red. Will not turn back. I tried many solutions including removing batteries, resuscitate, etc. Nothing fixes it. It’s longer than 90 days so I can not call support. How do I fix or get a replacement??

As far as I know, Arlo is not enforcing the 90 day rule, especially if the camera is still in warranty. Be sure you are contacting the REAL Arlo Customer Support, not the spam ones you will find by Googling Arlo Customer Support. Go to the page at the following link, select your country near the bottom of the page and it will provide the correct phone number to call.
