I bought new Arlo WiFi free device, after the camemra get connect with base station and my phone can see the thing through the camera ,it ask me to 1.2.11810, the update failed several times,  I also tried to update it manually, but it did not work, so I remove the batteries, then put them back, no LED light flashing(I did not turn off it), I follow the instructions to remove the device from my account, but it does not help.

what else I can do to make it online again?

That link won't work because you don't have an Arlo Go camera.

What happens when you put the batteries in your camera now? A blue LED on the front should blink

Still not working, yeah it's not Arlo go, it's wire free

There could be an issue due to poor signal strength or poor internet speeds. How far away is the camera from the base station, do you get the same results if you move the camera close to the base?

 

Who is your ISP and what are your download/upload speeds?
