Camera failed to connect.

 After several months of flawless operation, suddenly I'm getting "The camera failed to connect" and "There was a problem establishing a connection to the media server" on a camera with a new battery change.  Another camera on the system is working fine, but a third is showing "Your device is not connected.  Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection."

 

I've power cycled all components to no avail.  What's next -- do a complete re-install.

Possibly but have you opened and closed the battery door on the affected cameras? Sounds like you have but need to ask.

Cannot get the additional camera to come on

Are you having problems syncing your additional camera or are you seeing any error messages?
