Camera appears dead

Camera lost connection with base station. I have attempted to resync and camera appears to not power on. I have brand new batteries which work fine in 2nd camera. Sync button camera does not show any flashing light either blue or amber. I removed camera, attempted to sync, power cycled base staion, opened and closed battery door a dozen times.

Pull battery pack,  plug in supplied adapter and power cord, try and resync camera.

 

If NG, then contact Netgear Support
