Current System Configuration (more than 1 year):  Basic Arlo Base Unit with 5 wire free cameras.  Each camera is powered with Tenergy 3.7V Li-Ion rechargeable batteries.  All cameras are within the range of the base station. Base station Firmware ver. 1.10.0.9_23037.  All Cameras Firmware ver. 1.2.21626.  Suspect cameras are located outside.  Configured to Android App and MS Windows environment.

Problem:  I replaced batteries on 2 of the outside cameras.  All the batteries were recharged with the Tenergy charger moments before installation.  I observed the blue led illuminate momentarily after I closed the battery cover but both the App and the Web page indicate "It's time to change your batteries" and the cameras will not display an image.

Troubleshooting Attempts:  Verified the batteries were gently placed in the camera allowing the cover to push them into place, negative results.  Verified battery polarity, correct, negative results.  Installed the newly charged batteries in different cameras, positive results, the other cameras led’s indicated the blue led momentarily and displayed the image shortly thereafter.  Charged the batteries from the other cameras and installed them into the 2 suspect cameras.  Again, led momentarily illuminated but returned negative results, no image.  Removed one of the 2 suspect cameras from the system but I could not add the camera back so I didn’t remove the other suspect camera from the system.  I performed a system reset, negative results.  Removed the Android App and reinstalled, negative results.  Logged out and back in to the Web page, negative results.

I have read most every discussion and attempted every suggested method looking for a possible answer why these 2 cameras just stopped working.  This system has been in place and in operation for over a year.  I have replaced the batteries with the same rechargeable batteries since the system was purchased.  Nothing has changed or been done differently.

My though is these 2 cameras have come to the end of their service life which is disappointing since they are not even 2 years old and have worked flawlessly since purchase.  If anyone has a different idea I’d be willing to try before I throw in the towel and see if Arlo will replace these 2 cameras.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

When you say you used a "system reset," exactly what do you mean by that? Was it a power cycle of the base (which isn't a reset) or a true factory reset such as pressing the reset button until the base LEDs flashed amber or removed everything from Settings, My Devices? What are the base LEDs showing?

Thank you Jguerdat for the response,

I didn't clarify, I conducted a simple power cycle of the system.  I didn't think a complete factory reset would have given me a different result.
