Camera Battery Percentage

I have three cameras hooked up to my hub.  One is an H3 and two are H7s.  If I log into my account via a browser, I can see the battery percentage on all three cameras.  But, when I look for the percentage on the Arlo Secure app on my iPhone, the H3 camera is the only one I can get a battery percentage.  The other two H7s only give me battery icon which is useless.  Any suggestions?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
