VMB3010r2 Firmware 1.7.5_6178.

Hi folks,

I have  a 4 camera set up with some of them triggering themsleves and other cameras e.g. trigger front and both it and the side camera record.

This all worked fine until the batteries on the front ran out. I changed them and resynced the camera plus have done multiple system reboots. It just does not amke sense: I can trigger the side camera and the front will record but the side one will not! Nothing I can do will get the side to record but I can manually switch it on and view plus record footage through it. Nothing has changed on the rules or anything else.

I have the same problem with the other camera pairing aswell.

This is all terribly frustrating and is undermining my confidence in the system so any help would be gratefully recieved.

Also can anyone tell me how to email support directly? I log into my account and go to support.com which is a website offering to come to the community, phone or log into my account to email them - so It just takes you on a loop!

Thanks,

Frustrated user!

This is a known problem ( started this week or so ) and Netgear is working to fix it...stand by ( don't go crazy changing your rules yet )

I'm having the same problem. I have 4 cameras set up. 3 of them record to the library, but one does not. It has a live feed, but doesn't trigger a push notification or record to the library. It's kind of useless if it doesn't record and send a push notification.

Swap the "bad camera" with one that's working to see if the problem follows the camera ( or is location ).

If the problem follows the camera, contact Netgear for info as it may be defective or another problem

My cameras worked great until the first of the 3 cameras battery went dead, from that point on my cameras activate..send me the notice, but there is no recording... I have changed all the batteries, rebooted the system several times, re synced the cameras and nothing works.... Very Frustrating....  What do I do??

As a test, remove one of the affected cameras from Settings, My Devices and then resync it.  If that works, try the rest.
