Call costs to 0844 number in UK not advertised

The telephone number to speak to Arlo Support in the UK is an 0844 number. Calls to these numbers are made up of an Access Charge charged by the phone company and a Service Charge that is charged by the organisation being contacted. According to BT the service charge must be communicated to the user. Netgear are not complying with this policy.
