When will CVR be fixed?  It has been down for months on a camera that I pay for. Support has not been helpful.

Reading over the case I see that your CVR timeline is missing. Can you please try resetting the camera and adding it back onto the account? Here is the steps to perform that:

Yes, same issues. I’ve gone though many steps of troubleshooting with the team.  Nothing has worked, on my case they are saying the technical team is aware of the issue.
