I Just spent  hrs on the phone with multiple Arlo reps who's only advise was unplug your cameras. There is a DMV situation, and the abuser has access to the cameras but does not pay for the monthly subscription. I want that person off the acct and a new acct in my name without them. I have the cameras in my house. and was told unless they have permission from the abuser then they can't do anything about it. but I could just unplug the cameras so they can't see us. How is this morally right?

Are you both using the same account credentials (username and password)?

Or are the cameras shared using the "Friend" account feature?

If they are shared, are you using the primary account or the friend account?
