My third camera is constantly buffering whereas the other two are not. What can I do?

Swap two cameras and see if it's the location or the camera.... if camera, put in a trouble ticket for possible replacement.

As mentioned above by TomMac, this sounds like it could be due to the location of the affected camera if your other cameras are not seeing this behavior. Swapping locations with a working camera can help isolate this.

 

If you are seeing the same behavior in this location with a different camera, it could be due to poor WiFi signal strength (due to range or interference), check the WiFi indicator on the camera. Relocating the base station closer to the affected camera's location may help resolve the issue.
