Bought a used system & unable to claim device

And you may not be able to.... If the base is still active on another account, it can not be claim

UNLESS,

you get the info from the prior owner and remove it

OR

go thru Arlo support ( that may be hard as they may want proof of purchase to prevent thief ) as they can remove it
