Blue light on camera never stops blinking; won't sync. Tried multiple times. Sync button stuck?

Replaced the batteries in one of my cameras. When I closed the hatch, the blue light came on and now blinks slowly, but never syncs with the base. Tried multiple times. Wondering if the sync button is stuck? Anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Hi zmfrench,
