Black screen on video

My cameras are seeing movement but the screen is coming up back when I go to look at the video in the liberary

Why am I getting a black screen when live streaming?

I occasionally get a black screen during playback in the mobile app, but I just scroll to another video and scroll back, and then the first video plays fine.

This is on an iphone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2.

I started having problems last night with one camera. It was not doing the infrared even though the red lights were on. I final took the batteries out and reinstalled them. That seemed to help, but now today during daylight it alerts to movements and just shows a black screen on video.

Do you get a black screen when attempting to live stream? Are you able to take manual recordings? Do you still see this behavior?
