I sold my Arlos and cancelled my subscriptions close to a year ago, but just received a $264.83 charge on my credit card from Netgear on 1/17/2019.  How do I get a refund and make sure this doesn't happen again?

Thanks for the message Steven.  I called last Tuesday and someone opened a case for me.  I emailed her a copy of my CC charge and she was escalating for investigation.

 

Since then, I have replied to the message twice looking for status and have received no response.  I will be initiating a CC chargeback this week if I do not hear anything.  Please let me know what to do next as spending 45 minutes on the phone is not acceptable.
