Being charged but I do not have an account

I had to create an account just to find out why they are stealing from me. I do not have an account and they  have taken $118 from me. NO available customer service then when I finally talk to someone they tell me for a cancellation fee they will block my card in there system.  I'm not paying you money to stop you from stealing from me. Suggested that its my problem and not theirs. I've read several complaints all over the place.

Are you sure you were talking to Arlo?

 

Googling for a phone number generally leads to a scam support site.

@Heather530 we do not charge cancellation fees. I am assuming you were talking to someone other then Arlo, there is a lot of fraudulent numbers on the web. Is there anything I can help with?
