Went away for Christmas and everything was all fine , but on the 28th , my base station was saying offline even thou my internet and electricity was still on , when I got home I had to reset everything to get it to work again , now it's up and running the battery's have gone from 95% to 3% these are the battery's that came with the device , why am I having this problem , I'm so annoyed I payed all this money for a device that doesn't work when I needed it the most , and then when I finally get the base station running again o have to fork a fortune on batteries

Battery drain may well have been due to a power outage that caused the connection between the base and camera to fail. I use a UPS for my modem, router, and base to prevent this from happening.

I have chosen to not use batteries at all, in the areas of my home where I can plug them in.
