Battery what?

I e had the camera for a month and it's gotten a lot of use in order to set it up...so I wasn't surprised it was time to change them after a month...what surprised me is that I went from 3 bars of battery to one bar in the red and the app telling me to change the batteries and that it's no longer operable. Is this normal? To go from full battery to zero just like that? Either way it's now time to get on the ladder and try the rechargables

I have had my system for 4 months. I get the same thing. Full bars down to nothing with no in between. Needless to say the battery reporting needs some work.

Firmware updates seem to have fixed this - have you checked your version(s)?  Current is 1.2.2688.
