Battery issue on 1 of 4 cameras, always goes dead

We have 4 cameras set up but we keep one off because we get too much motion in that area BUT that camera’s battery always goes dead. You’d think it would outlast the others since we don’t have it on but it doesn’t. Why would that happen?

Poor connecction between the camera and the base? Swap cameraas around to see if it's the camera or location.
