VMS3-30 Camera new batteries fitted but camera saying need replaceing. Any Ideass please.

New batteries have been inserted. The batteries are perfect but the camera says they are flat and need replacing.

Based on your title and posts, I'm guessing you actually have a VMS3030 system, not a Pro 3 which is the area we're in right now. Your cameras take 4 CR123 batteries, right? If so, remove the batteries and place them lightly into the slots - don't push them down. Let the battery door do the pushing. Any better?
