Batteries die after a couple days

I am having an issue where my batteries die after a couple days, my video optimization is set to optimize battery life, and my camera gets good signal. 

i was hoping to have Arlo support debug for me, so I contacted support chat through the app, I had to wait in a queue for twenty minutes, and then they asked me for my name and phone number and then the support person quit the chat.  

is there an email address where they can be reached?

This could be due to the camera seeing too much activity. How many recordings are you getting per day?
