Basic Plan Videos Not Recording

I get a motion notification but none of my cameras are recording.

I signed in and read that there are new subscription plans and the 7 day rolling recordings that I bought this system for are still supposed to be working.

I tried a live chat for help but that doesn't work either.

Are the motion indicators for the cameras (dot and bars) on the Devices tab black or gray? Gray means they're disarmed and you need to check what mode is currently selected.

Yes. All are armed and all seem to be working normally today.
