Base Won’t Sync To Arlo

I have tried multiple times unplugging the base and resetting, but the app still won’t pick up the base.

Are you using the app or a computer browser? Have you tried both? Is the device you're using to set up on your WiFi network? WHat are the LEDs on the base showing - should be power and Internet being green?

I was using the app on phone. have gone through my computer and reset base again and ive got it to work. What was confusing me was the lights were all green but it just wasnt picking the base up on my phone, but now that ive gone through computer its on both. Thank you. When resetting i was just pushing it for a second but you have to hold it in to all the lights flash amber.
