So since the update of the app on the 23rd, my cameras still work and all lights on my base station are green, but the app says the base station is offline. Up until that update everything had worked perfectly. I have the older model arlo pro with the net gear base station. I bought the dumbest version of the camera literally so I could avoid the subscription and just monitor myself. Now to talk to tech support you have to subscribe. That’s like Chevy saying oh hey even though you drive a 1998 model and none of these features benefit you you still have to pay this much for us to even think about helping you. Seems like a great profit strategy for the company.
