Base station offline getting green amber green LED

Have tried resetting unplugging base station but still getting green amber green. the system will stop working then a day or so later will start working again. the will stop again after a day or so. Any help????

If turning your modem, router and base and restarting them in that order, allowing each to fully initialize before going to the next device, doesn't help, open a case with support.  Be sure to also try a different Ethernet cable and router port.
