I have followed the instructions for a new installation over and over again. I plug the base unit into my router and then I power up the Base unit. Both the power light and the internet light turn green. I then use my phone (and tried a different phone and tried my PC) and the same problem happens over and over. Both devices are on the same network. I have tried the factory reset, I have tried rebooting the router, same thing every time. Two green lights but then the message "Base station cannot be discovered" comes on every time.
I have tried calling customer support but the hold times are outrageous. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

Although it took more time to get a reply, I used email support to resolve a problem I had. Chat is also available but doesnt always work/isnt always manned.
