Base station VMB4000 power light solid yellow

VMB4000 Power light is solid yellow.  When I try to reset all three lights blink green for a few seconds then powers goes back to yellow.  The other two lights are blank.  Power source tests ok on a multimeter @12v.

The voltage might drop when the adapter is connected to a load.  So this could still be the adapter.

 

Can you ping the base station?

I’ve tried a different power supply with similar specs and no change. It’s not on my account yet,  I’m trying to get it on.  My router can see the hardwired base station.

If the basestation will not reset and cannot be added to the account, it may need to be replaced.
