Base station VMB3000 with Deco X55 is not discoverable

-My WiFi is 2.4Ghz

-I did a factory reset in my Netgear base station 

- VMB Base Station is on Deco Client list

-2  Led status on base station are ok

- I tried to add base station by iphone

- I tried to add base station by note windows

 

please, could you help me?
