Base sation will not connect to Internet although base station says it is, 3 left lights are green.

My computer says that ethernet port 4, VMB3010, is active!

Looking via the app I can't find my 3 cameras.

What's the problem?

Do I need some kind of password to log in to the base station, I find it as a possible WiFi login gateway!

Hallo,

I have factory reset the base station and reconnected the cameras.

Same result, base station still offline, all lamps still green, I can see the base station from my computer as active?

Any ideas?

There's nothing you can do with the WiFi created by thee base. It's solely for the cameras to connect.

You say you're using the app but checking for connectivity usingnthe computer. Assuming you mean that you're using a browser to check the router for IP address assignment, try the browser to check the cameras. Use http://Arlo.Netgear.com and log in. Are things working there? If so, try reinstalling the app.

Sorry to say I had to return the station and cameras as a Garanti work. Have not got it back yet.

I did try all things the technical service told me to do, but no, nothing worked.

See what happens when I'll get the stuff back from the garanti service.
