Base is not syncing with app or computer

Anyone have a solution as to why the Arlo Base station is not sycing with the computer or the APP on my phone?  I have tried a factory reset, unplugged the device, tired several ethernet cables, made sure it was plugged directly into my router and the power is plugged in. Both the power light and the Internet light to say I have power and the internet is connected and green. This has been the most frustrating set up ever. I might just return this product as it is not as easy as it seems.

What happens when you try and set up an account and sync the cameras?

Can I sync the cameras with out the base syncing with the app or computer? I set up my account just fine.

How did you reset? Only use the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.

This is very unusual and not indicative of normal setup. Just to be clear, both the power and Internet LEDs are green, right?

As soon as the account is set up then start with the camera syncing process.

There is no syncing of the base that needs to be done. It just needs to be connected to your router and the computer being used to add the camera also needs to be connected to the same router by wifi or cable.

Streak, I think you're mixing the cameras. This is the Go section so the post is in the wrong place. The Go doesn't use a base but he apparently has a wireless system which does need the base. The base has to be found first.
